What to Expect
Every Southern Belle package is designed to give you and your wedding party an unhurried, luxurious getting-ready experience. Pricing reflects the artistry, time, and intention that goes into every single look.
Your wedding date is secured with a signed contract and 50% retainer, with the remaining balance due on the first of the month, two months before your celebration. A 20% gratuity and 3% administrative fee are thoughtfully included with all services.

$30A clean, natural brow cleanup. Includes waxing between the brows and removing stray hairs, with light tweezing as needed.
Skin Cleanup
$40A quick, no-fuss cleanup to get your skin looking fresh and ready. Includes cleansing, light exfoliation, moisturizer, and a matte lip balm.
Beard & Mustache Refresh
$40A quick facial-hair refresh to keep everything neat and in place. Beard and mustache are combed and shaped, then finished with beard oil or grooming product as needed for a polished look.
Hair Refresh
$55A quick dry-hair refresh and style. Hair is brushed or combed into place and finished with the styling product needed for a clean, polished look.
The Big Lebowski
$165The full lineup. The works. You walk in a guy and walk out "the dude" about to walk down the aisle. Includes: cleansing, skin exfoliation, brow wax, nostril wax, under-eye gels, a 5-minute cooling gel mask, dry hair styling, beard wash and oiling, redness concealment, moisturizing, and matte lip balm. You're killin' it.

Travel & Destination Weddings
Southern Belle is based in South Carolina and available for destination weddings worldwide. Local artist travel begins at $35 per artist. Contact us for a custom destination quote.
Inquire About Your DateBooking & Policies
Retainer
We do not hold dates for anyone. The only way to secure your date is with a signed contract and your 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due on the first of the month, two months before your celebration.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is thoughtfully included with all services.
Administrative Fee
A 3% administrative fee supports the planning and coordination behind the scenes.
Reservations Without Bride Services
A $100 reservation fee applies when services are reserved exclusively for attendants, mothers, or guests.
Travel
Local artist travel begins at $35 per artist. Destination weddings are quoted individually.
Your Wedding Day Team
Southern Belle may accommodate more than one celebration per day. Your contracted service times and dedicated artist team are reserved specifically for your wedding, ensuring a seamless, attentive experience.
Space Requirements
We will need a kitchen table-size space (6ft) for every 2 artists. One full-length mirror is required for each setup.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with one-day-old hair that is completely dry. If your hair is not dry, a $75 blow-dry fee will be charged. If hair is dried, the longevity is not guaranteed.
Skin Preparation
Arrive with a clean face free of: makeup, SPF, facial oils, lash glue, and moisturizers. If we need to remove old makeup, there will be a $25 removal fee.
Add-On Services
Add-on services are $30 extra per service plus a credit card processing fee. Add-ons may only be performed once all original contracted services have been completed and if time allows. Add-ons are only allowed if okayed by your wedding planner.
During Services
Please ensure no one is on their cellphone while in the chair. Phone use may slow down the overall timeline.
Punctuality
Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their service. No refunds will be issued for missed services. Planners hold us to your timeline to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
Inspiration Photos
Everyone must have their inspiration picture at time of service. Make sure to look for pictures that look like you. Example: If you have shoulder length brown hair and you are a bridesmaid who wants an updo, say that.
